University graduate employment of young people and social exclusion: a case of Kırklareli University

Abstract (EN)

In this study in collaboration with labor market, it is aimed to detect the size of exclusion which bachelors face in the stage of entering labor market or in the market. Forth is aim, it is intended to find out in which ways education effects bachelor's exclusion in society. In this context, interview forms which include 6 questions are directed other 32 graduated students who are choosen randomly from faculty of Economics and Administrative sciences, Management, Economics, Public Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in Kırklareli University. Content analys is method is applied to the key of interview analysis andobtained data is interpreted. It can be said that, due to both recession of labor market and lack of education, bachelors face to some disadvantages in the process of finding job. It can be stated that bachelors in the stage of entering market or in the market face to inequality of opportunity because of their peer or their experienced superior. It can be interpreted that with difficulty of this stage of labor market cause social exclusion, in advancing process, the negative effects of psychological effects of social exclusion w ill be high level.
