Abstract (EN)

In the real world, there are many problems that include finding the optimal solution for many purposes. To achieve this solution, multiobjective optimization models are required. For this reason, this study used a non-dominated sorting II - Jaya approach to perform this type of multiobjective optimization procedure. This implemented model has been tested for efficiency in a variety of construction projects. Thus, the Pareto front of the model used is verified by resolving several optimization problems from previous studies. The Pareto front output of the version used it has been validated by re-solving the problems of criterion optimization taken from the literature. The multiobjective optimization model created in this study based on NDSII-Jaya can be suggested as another alternative algorithm to solve time cost trade-off problems in construction engineering and management. Therefore, the main contribution of this study is the development and implementation of NDSII-Jaya within the field of construction management to solve Time Cost Trade-off problems (TCTP).
