Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between the Quality of Life of the schools and the organizational citizenship of teachers have been examined. The relationship between the organizational citizenship behaviour and the component of Quality of Life are studied by taking the factors of organizational justice. In this research the meaningful relationship has been determined of the Quality of Life in the organization and the components of organizational citizenship.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behaviour, quality of life, organizational behaviour.
