Abstract (EN)

That emerged in the 20th century is a form of expression rather than a current. This movement, which hit the stamp to period, created a tremendous impression to the whole country with its color, style, different forms of expression and abstractions. If expressionism is taken as three periods, the last period is new expressionism. New Expressionism has different pictorial concerns. It is the art of seeking the truth. Since the 1970s, art has been searching for new ways in all countries. Turkey's social and economic developments also have a decisive influence in the take shaped of art development. One of the main trends of Turkish painting is the fact that the resources written in the name of the artists are not comparable with the Western art, increasing the importance of the thesis As a result, it was suggested that this research would contribute to artistic studies.
