Abstract (EN)

Employees are one of the basic building blocks for any organization. For this reason, organizations desire their employees to be satisfied with their jobs and to be loyal to their organizations. In today's competitive environment organizations want to feel job satisfaction employee for strategic success supremacy. Employees with job satisfaction adopt the aims and values of the organization and make great efforts for the organization. Many of the studies conducted reveal that there are many factors that affect job satisfaction. Looking at the results of this research into the many different opinions. In addition, different determinations have been made about the positive and negative consequences of these concepts. The main aim of this study is to determine the extent to which demographic differences of individuals working in local government have an impact on job satisfaction. In this context; to measure job satisfaction of Osmaniye municipality employees "job satisfaction index" prepared by Brayfield and Rothe is used. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Local Government
