Abstract (EN)

Limitation of fossil energy sources, environmental pollution occurring in the production and for energy production; both unlimited and renewable and also environmentally compatible resources are requirements of research and development. Renewable sources of energy in which solar energy is an important source of energy waiting to be explored and to be developed. This study aimed to obtain an industrial process heat by direct use of solar energy. Parabolic dish or heliostat concentrators are needed to achieve higher temperatures in the thermal applications with solar energy. Therefore, increased surface reflectivity parabolic dish concentrators were used in this study. Melting some metals of the heat energy obtained by concentration of sunlight as a point, determination of melting point metals and casting this molten metals were carried out. Also, a crucible designed to perform melting operation and to reduce the heat loss of the parabolic dish furnace. The efficiency of crucible in the cases empty of type parabolic dish solar furnace was optained approximately 70 %. Thermal efficiency of lead metal melting process in the crucible was optained about 20 %. To increase the yield daily of the furnace was emphasized both requirements following of the sun and improving of focusing.
