Abstract (EN)

The application of hydrodynamic analysis of hull vane, especially for yachts and recreational boats, as well as the first step of the use of these systems in high speed boats, is an entertaining study topic, especially Naval Architecture. In this context, it is already known that the hull vane attached to the underwater hull of the boat from the port-starboard directions create flow correcting and rectifying moments. It has been determined both experimentally and numerically that the hull vane attached to the boats of the appropriate typology with the exit from this point reduce the wave formation especially in the wave zone, both straighten the trim and create an additional thrust force to the boat with the buoyancy force it generates after a certain speed. "Computational Fluid Dynamics (HAD)" methods were used to perform these hydrodynamic analysis. As in similar flow problems, models in three dimensions were designed and analyzed. Within the scope of this thesis, only the hull form and hull forms with vane added to the determined Form-A and Form-B hull typologies are presented comparatively. Necessary corrections, conclusions and suggestions are given.
