Abstract (EN)

Pyrazole derivatives are the heterocyclic compounds which are well known recently, and they involve two nitrogen atoms at their five membered rings. Due to their potential biological activities they are used widely, and they are subjected number of studies.In this study the synthesis of new derivatives of initial compound 1-(4-aminophenyl)-4-benzoyl-5-phenyl-N-(5-sulfamoyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-pyrazole-3-carboxamide performed.For this aim, diazonium salts of initial compound prepared, and, reactions of these salts with active 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds which provide hydrazinyl derivatives, coupling reactions with aromatic compounds including activator substituents and substitution reactions with some nucleophiles are performed.By the reaction of initial compound which is an aromatic amine with acyl chlorides the compounds like amide and carbamate are synthesized.Finally, as a result of the reaction of this compound with active compounds like chloro acetone and chloroacetylchloride, indole and oxindole type compounds synthesized.Structures of these compounds which are synthesized are illuminated with , 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass spectroscophy methods.Key Words: 1,3-dicarbonyl Compounds, Diazonium Salts, Pyrazoles, Pyrazole Carboxylic Acids.
