Abstract (EN)

This research aims to investigate and evaluate the Hajj section of Muhammed Abdürraûf Münâvî's work "İthâfu't-Tullâb bi-Şerh-i Kitâbi'l-Ubâb." The aforementioned work holds an important place in Islamic jurisprudence literature، particularly as a valuable source offering in-depth knowledge on acts of worship. In this work، Münâvî provides a detailed explanation of the rulings related to Hajj، shedding light on the topic by utilizing various sources of Islamic law. In this thesis، the Hajj section of the work has been thoroughly investigated. The content of the text، original manuscripts، and sources have been examined and evaluated in detail. The topic of Hajj has been addressed from its religious، legal، and historical dimensions، and the contribution of the sources used by Münâvî to the understanding of Islamic law of the period has been assessed. This study also aims to highlight the contributions of Münâvî's explanations on Hajj to Islamic jurisprudence. Münâvî's detailed explanations on Hajj and the methods he used have been evaluated as an important source for the development of Islamic law during his time، and the impact of these explanations on contemporary understanding has been analyzed. In conclusion، this thesis aims to academically evaluate the Hajj section of Muhammed Abdürraûf Münâvî's "İthâfu't-Tullâb bi-Şerh-i Kitâbi'l-Ubâb" and to reveal its contributions to the sources related to the Hajj pilgrimage.
