Abstract (EN)

Epidemic become a threaten for people who live gregariously during history at every part of life. İt always takes hold of empires and human lifes as a result of the effects from old ages to these days. Ottoman Empires olsa always expreienad the effects at epiemic as a result of lucation as it is i transition route. When the history and epidemic is analyzed, it is seen that it had an intense effect especially in 19th century and it had aserious spread globally. That human groups more and epidemic Cholera hue to its pasition spread in Ottoman territories at that tima and caused a serious loss to be lived. Cordons and quarantines were tired to be applied sutable to spreading situation of epidemics, doctors were lpaced to the territories where the human populations were extenvive and where the spreading of epidemics were seen intensely. İn addition to that, it was tired to pay attentioan to celaning conditions with sanitory precoutions extremely, it was tired to take precoutions sutible to the conditions of that tima to decrease the effects of epidemics to minimum by charging the health personnels, security, staff and government official neaded
