Abstract (EN)
Starting from 1973, there had been attacks on Turkish representations in various countries and their diplomats till 1994. Many esteemed diplomats lost their lives as a consequence of those attacks mostly organized by Armenians. Having the massacres of Turkish diplomats on the agenda on the basis of "Armenian Issue" and the reflections of martyred diplomats and massacres on the Turkish press are pointed out in this study. When the significant newspapers in that term, published in the time period of the attack took place, are examined, it was seen that the event which took place in 1973 took part extensively in media because of being the first. Even though being sensitive and reacted to that attack, saw fort he first time, reaction of Turkish public opinion to other attacks decreased gradually. This general manner of Turkish public opinion reflected to Turkish media and attacks "have been become common". Keywords: 1973, Armenian Issue, Diplomat, Massacre, Turkish Media
