Abstract (EN)

In this work, alternative 2,4,6-trisubstituted pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized with pyrimidine derivative compounds having biological activity. Of these compounds have N-alkyl bromides (2a-c, 3a-c, 5a-c, 6a-c, 8a-c, 9a-c), N-β-D-glucopyranoside derivatives (10-18) and N-glycosidic 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (19-27) synthesis was carried out. Biological activity assays of all synthesized compounds were carried out with DPPH radical scavenging, iron reduction antioxidant power, liquid dilution antimicrobial activity and anticancer activity against HeLa / C6 cell lines. Within the scope of the thesis study 45 compounds were synthesized. From these synthesized compounds, 3 pyrimidine derivatives 7, 8, and 9 were available in the literature and the remaining 42 original compound literatures were obtained. The biological activity properties of the compounds were determined to be low for antioxidant activities and very good for antimicrobial and anticancer activities as a result of the studies. Among the compounds synthesized, 8b has the highest antimicrobial, 6a and 22 have the highest antioxidants, and almost all of the c series compounds exhibit good anticancer properties. Among these compounds, it has generally been observed that the best activity of the pyrimidines is represented by the N-alkyl bromide derivatives 2a-c, 3a-c, 5a-c, 6a-c, 8a-c, 9a-c.
