Abstract (EN)
Our thesis study consists of the information given about the Ahi Çelebi Court 470 Number Sharia Record Istanbul has been the sole judge of a large region of Europe, Asia, and Africa, where many civilians have been armed for sixteen centuries, and influenced world history in this process. Judicial records are at the head of written sources that will shed light on Ottoman history and researchers can reach definite information. In this study, it was aimed to reach the new information by transcription and evaluation of the provisions of Ahi Çelebi Court 470 numbered Sharia Record between M. (1877-1878) and H. (1294-1295).
