The transcription and evaluation of Court Record Book Karahisar-i Sahib with 643 Numbered (1 - 120 pages)

In this study, covering the years of H. 1329-1330 (M.1911-1912) numbered 643 Qadı Sijils's page of 1-120 examined. Qadı Sijils are extremely important for the local history, because it has the original information. Notebook we worked with contained 120 documents, they translated into today's alphabet subjected to simple transcription and the assessment was conducted. Based on the information in the book, it was possible to make determined about the Karahisar-ı Sahib's physical and administrative structures. The period specified in the Sijils village, district and location names have been identified. However, some city, neighborhood and location names outside the Afyonkarahisar were encountered. Addition to this information examined case records has information about marriage, divorce, law of inheritance, nicknames. Also in connection with the demographic structure Turkish, Armenian names of individuals and neighborhoods of they reside have been identified. In addition Orphan Fund's activities is important for the protection of the rights of orphans were observed. Again, able to reach the information about mosques, foundations in Afyon. It was observed that the region is agriculture and livestock region. In Sijil the furnishings and fabrics used in daily life and took notice.
