Abstract (EN)

Fairy tales are one of the oral folk literatüre products that have come from the past to the present. This study explores fairy tales written by the Tatar writer Abdulla Alish, who worked on Tatar children's literatüre. The fairy tales discussed were published in the book titled "Selected works", they are entertaining for children and, at the same time, instructive. In this work, the tales by Abdulla Alish, included in the book "Selected Works", were transcribed from the Tatar Cyrillic alphabet into the Latin alphabet, translated into Turkish; the language, syntax, and vocabulary were then studied. The language analysis is explained based on examples from the texts. In the vocabulary study, words are classifıed and corresponding illustrative examples are provided.
