Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to isolate the Aeromonas salmonicida from different fish species and to determine the susceptibility of isolated species to various antibiotics. For this purpose, a total of 100 samples were collected from different fish species in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Antalya and Eskişehir. The bacterial isolation from samples was achieved by using standard cultural methods. The identification of growing bacteria was made by VITEK® 2 Compact automated system. The A. salmonicida was found in none of 100 samples.
