Abstract (EN)

Afyonkarahisar in and around the commercial broilers, broiler breeders and commercial egg production farms obtained from the serum samples for antibodies formed against M.Galliseptucum,.Slide Agglutination Test (LAT) and were screened by Enzim - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) tests.For this purpose a total of 450 units of serum samples obtained from 28 different farms were used.As a result of this screening tests in serological; 230 (51.1%) positive, 45 (10%) suspicious and 175 (38.9%) were considered negative by Lat; 68 (15.1%), 102 (% 22.6) positive and 280 (62,3%) negative assessed by Elisa .As a result, the herds M.gallisepticum monitoring demands in term of, the other serological tests for reasons of both time consuming and expensive ; first the primary screening tests and often used LAT?s ,as Elisa by a more sensitive test should be confirmed it reveals.Key Words : Mycoplasma, ELISA, RSA
