Conforming obese adult (20-65 years old) peoples ınformation level and nutrition habits who take outpatient treatment ın Afyonkarahisar State Hospital

Research is done on 500 obese adult (20-65 years old) who take outpatient treatment in Afyonkarahisar State Hospital on 12/03/2011 and 20/08/2011. People who are in the research are applied survey which wants to assess personal information, nutrition habits, and nutrition information.%14,6 people of the research are men and %85,4 people of the research are women. When 500 people of the survey are classified according to their body mass index, it is see that there are %6,8 people on 31 and downwards, %13,6 people between 31 and 33, %17,4 people between 33 and 35, %19,2 people between 35 and 37, %6,2 people between 37 and 39, %26,8 people on 39 and upwards.%55,2 of obese people eat their meal fast, %41,8 of obese people eat their meal in normal speed. %3,8 people of the research do not have half time meal. %42,4 of people who have half time meal have it twice a day, %20,6 of people have three times a day and more and %4,4 have half time meal once a day. %30,6 people say that they have all of their meal, %55,8 of them do not have all of their meal and %13,6 of them sometimes do not have all of their meal whole day.Among people who do not have all of their meal in a day, %33,8 do not have the meal before lunch, %25,2 do not have their lunch. Among people who do not have all of their meal in a day, % 38,0 do not have it because they do not want to eat something, %27,4 do not have it because they forget to have it and %4,0 do not have it because they want to lose weight.
