Abstract (EN)

Our country, which has a very rich history, draws attention with the cultural diversity in Anatolia. Each region differs in cultural sense, and even cities and districts can be different from each other as a cultural structure. This situation affecting our daily lives, our fun, our daily works, our weddings and our worship. B.C. Afyon, which is known to have been established in three thousand years and has a history of five thousand years, became a region where Hittites, Phrygians, Lydians, Persians, Hellenes, Romans, Byzantines, Seljuks and Ottomans ruled. In the city which has a very rich cultural background, there are many cultural differences according to the regions. In our work, we studied to determine what is the music, customs, traditions and customs of Afyonkarahisar, which has a rich cultural structure, at weddings belonging to some regions. Throughout the study, in order to obtain data, interviews were made with the people who can be reached in different regions and the necessary data were collected by scanning various sources (written sources, visual and audio material, etc.). It is thought that the study would contribute to the field, support original and new studies about this issue.
