Abstract (EN)
The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services provides social services and support socio-economic development by setting goals that strengthen the individual and the family. It is known that psychosocial factors such as job satisfaction have an impact on the mental health of employees. In this research, it was analised the effects of the anxiety, depression and job satisfaction levels of the members of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services. In the sample of the study, Adana Province Family, Labor and Social Services Provincial Directorate cosisted of proffesions related to 12 organizations. A total of 80 who accepted to participate in the study and filled in the scales were the sample of the study. Personel İnformation Form for data collection tool, Minnesota Jon Statisfaction Scale, Beck Anxiety Inventory and Beck Depression Scale were used to determine the sociodemographic characteristics. Relational screening model was used in the study. Data were analyzed in statistical package program. As a result of the analyzes, a significant high leval negative correlation was found between the level of anxiety symtoms and the internal job satisfaction level. As the scores obtained from the internal job satisfaction decrease, the scores obtained from the anxiety scale increase significantly. However, a significant high leval negative correlation was found between depression symptom level and general job satisfaction, internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction. As the level of job satisfaction increases, the symptom level of depression decreases.
