Abstract (EN)

The AlN ceramics show excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, high electric resistivity and resistant to chemical environments. The hydrolysis of AlN processed in aqueous solvent deterioration these properties. The aim of this study is to prevent the surface of AlN. A commercial AlN powders were treated in water with STPP (Na?P?O??).Treated and untreated powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction, laser diffraction, rheometre, FTIR and zeta potential. The results showed that the STPP provided effective protection against hydrolysis for AlN.Keywords: AlN, Hydrolysis, STPP.
