Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of exhaustion level of academic and administrative staff working at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University on job satisfaction. Sampling in the research includes 329 at tendants, 198 of whom are academicians and the others are administrative staff. Two distinct scale, Maslach Burnout Iinventory and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, have been used in gathering research data. The data obtained as a result of the application of the scales used have been analysed with SBSS Package Program. Frequency and percentage analysis, T test, one direction variation analysis and regresyon analysis have been used in statistical analysis. According to research results it's proved that lower dimensiory of fatique either for academic staff and administrative staff are effective on internal satisfaction which express job satisfaction, external satisfaction and general satisfaction. More over it's specificd that there is no meaningful difference between the avarege dimension of fatique of academic and administrative staff. For all that it has been seen that there is a meaningful difference between the avarege job satisfaction of academic staff and administrative staff.
