Abstract (EN)
Although there is no clear definition for the smart city, it is due to factors such as sustainability, efficiency and comfort. While it is possible to work on different subjects for each city within the scope of smart city, it is seen that transportation service is an important concept for the city which is very important and smart for all cities. In order to be able to evaluate the transportation service within the scope of the smart city, it is the main activity to plan the transportation system wisely. The Public Transportation Master Plans prepared in order to ensure the efficient use and rationalization of the transportation systems are prepared by the experts on a regular basis. In this study, the factors affecting the transportation and the parameters are gathered in a dynamic structure, as a result of the analysis of artificial intelligence techniques and the preparation of effective public transportation activities, environmental pollution, traffic density, high cost problems, as a result, prepared by the period of transportation planning work load and to reduce the cost. With the recording of the transport movements in place, it is aimed to analyze the transportation movements that will occur in the future and to make the planning activities expected to be realized in the future with a low error and to estimate the planning of the transportation.
