Abstract (EN)

It is known that compounds containing aminothiophene group have pharmacological properties. In the literature, it is seen that such compounds have local anesthetic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory effects, and are widely used. It has been observed that amide compounds containing aminothiophene group have not been studied much. For this reason, it is aimed to synthesize some amide compounds containing aminothiophene group and to introduce new substances in the literature. In this study, 2-amino-5,5,7,7-tetramethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carbonitrile (1) and methyl-2-amino-6-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3-carboxylate (2) compounds were synthesized by Gewald method as a result of the interaction of compound 3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexanone with malononitrile and sulfur, and by activating compound 1-methylpiperidine-4-on in the presence of methyl-2-cyanoacetate and sulfur, respectively. These synthesized 2-aminothiophene derivative compounds (1 and 2) were synthesized by combining benzoyl chloride compounds containing mono nitro at the 2,3,4-positions and mono chlorine at the 2,3,4 positions. The structures of the synthesized compounds were explained with the help of FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C APT, and MS spectra.
