Abstract (EN)
Accepted of the important criterion on limitation of the basic human rights that principle of proportionality produce that relationship purpose and tool. According to principle of proportionality, Basic human rights can restrict with convenience, necessary and proportional tool. Principle of proportionality take place diffirent principle of law. This principle include important meaning for constituional law. This thesis examine that theory and practice of principle of proportionality in constituonal law.
