Abstract (EN)

In this research, underdevelopment and `dependence? theories and beside these, `world system approach? are analysed depending on the opinions and statements of Andre Gunder Frank. Underdevelopment is characterized as state of undeveloped which is attributed to countries and communities which could not carry out the phases of occurance and growth of the world capitalist system or provide these conversions. `Dependence theory? is stated as the whole of the researches with regard to rising of underdevelopment state and solution suggestions. Frank interprets underdevelopment as a result depending on the capitalist system which is continued. The Philosopher who diverts his concern to the capitalist system in this respect analyses the disputes of underdevelopment with that point of view. In his studies with regard to the capitalist system. He concludes that economic or politic systems are not different from each other; but one rises as the other?s continuation. In consequence of the extensive study which includes the whole of social science disciplines. He proved the world system approach stating a prevalent unique world economy system. In the first part of the study, life of Andre Gunder Frank, his works and leading people who had an effect on rising of his opinions have been dwelled on. In the second part of the study, Frank?s opinions with regard to the subject have been included within underdevelopment and dependence disputes. In the third part of the study, It includes information related to the world system approach that Frank proved in consequence of the analyses related to capitalist system/economy.
