Abstract (EN)

This study, based in Antalya coast, particularly sewage source (residential, tourist facilities and boat waste, etc.) pollution of the environment and human health risk of the disease agent indicator coliform pathogens, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typi, Shigella sonnei 's molecular biological methods is one of the PCR method for1fast1determination1is1done.From September 2009,to 2010 we have collected sea water from Konyaalti, Kemer, Liman, Side cost . The samples brought to the laboratory and DNA isolations were made. The Cnf 2 , Hin, İpaH genes used to identify E. coli, S tpyhi and S.sonnei.PCR programs were selected and electrophoresis was carried out.We have found that Konyaaltı and Kemer region given positive PCR results. This means that Konyaaltı and Kemer has been effected by E. coli pollution during July and August.
