Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to examine the aggression and anger control levels of individuals working as coaches in different sports branches in terms of some variables. In the research, the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. While the population of the research consists of actively working coaches, the sample of the research consists of 403 coaches determined by the easily accessible sampling method. "Personal Information Form, Buss-Perry Aggression Scale and Trait Anger and Anger Expression Style Scale" were used as data collection tools in the study. The data collected within the research was transferred to the SPSS program and it was determined that it showed a normal distribution and "Independent Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA Test and Pearson Correlation Test" were used. As a result of the analyses. There was a significant difference between the coaches' gender, education level, income level, years of service, licensed sports activities, personality status and aggression level, and again, coaches' gender, age, education level, income level, years of service, licensed sports activities, It has been determined that there is a significant difference between the status of doing one's job willingly, the personality state in which one sees oneself, and the level of anger control. Additionally, it has been determined that there is a high positive relationship between coaches' aggression levels and anger control levels.
