Evaluation of interval type-2 fuzzy analytic network process method with banks of services quality performance

In today's competition, both people and companies need to have alternatives to choose multiple criteria taking into consideration. For this reason, multi-criteria decision making methods have been developed to facilitate for decision makers. Comparison of quality of service performance of banks is also a multi-criteria decision-making problems. There are several quality measurement scale when service quality is concerned. SERVQUAL scale is one of the most widely used criteria. In multi-criteria decision making problems, uncertainties in the thoughts and feelings of decision-makers can be modeled with the interval type-2 fuzzy sets in fuzzy logic. In this study, Analytic Network Process method which is the one of the multi-criteria decision making method with using interval type-2 fuzzy sets together, the interval Type-2 Fuzzy Analytic Network Process method is proposed for the first time. The applicability of the method shown using SERVQUAL scale in the evaluation of banks of service quality performance.
