Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, it is aimed to evaluate the land consolidation practices in Kırşehir province, the effects of these practices on agricultural mechanization practices, as well as the change in the criteria determining the level of mechanization. Village centers, the number of parcels per farmer and the distances between parcels will be discussed. Plot shape analysis, road length, road difference analysis and road front situations will be evaluated. To determine the total amount of reduction in roads, the length of the road that must be traveled from the village center to all parcels will be measured in the computer environment. After consolidation, it will be examined whether the number of parcels without frontage to the road and the proportion of unformed parcels have decreased. Afterwards, the number and proportion of rectangular parcels, which is the desired parcel shape for agricultural mechanization applications, will be calculated. Criteria constituting the criteria of agricultural mechanization level; A Geographical Information System software will be used to query the land consolidation and changes spatially by comparing the number of tractors, average tractor power, land size and the number of agricultural implements and machinery, which are the values used in the calculation of before and after land consolidation.
