Education in Aydın during the period of Atatürk(1928-1938)

After the proclamation of the Republic of reform movements to raise our nation to the level of contemporary civilization it has been initiated. In those years, so we need this reform movement. Because for many years it has not made such drastic changes, while those who remained poor attempted. Studies in the field of education are also included in these reforms is an important place. On the basis of this period, the education system; To eliminate illiteracy, to train people who think contemporary, using the intelligence and knowledge, science, and will proceed under the guidance of technology, "the idea of freedom, conscience free and lore of the free" to educate individuals on the Republican ideal of the proper and the newly established Republic of cultivating the next generation will live forever and the Turkish nation of contemporary civilization level It will allow the individuals to take its rightful place cultivates, in the process of building the nation-state is located to create a new society and to train people in accordance with the new society's needs and values. Because in the process of establishing a nation-state, to create a new society of social, economic, political and cultural transformations took place, aimed at moving towards a modern western society to society and culture, organized according to traditional values. This transition has been seen as a training institution to train people as required by the system. This year in our country has been repaired existing institutions to improve education, new educational institutions were opened and made arrangements for teachers. Formal training given primary importance, significant progress has been achieved in middle and high school subjects. If a particular importance given to public education, the National School for the education of deprived citizens of braided education, Community Centres and Halkoda by establishing vatandaşlarmız's needs were met. Master's thesis prepared as discussed in this study between the years 1928-1938 as the general developments in the field of education in Turkey before and after the Aydin province are evaluated together with the work done in private.
