Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of foliar application of fertilizers on Albion strawberry cultivar on post-harvest preservation of the fruit. Control with distilled water in applications, %0.1-0.15-0.2-0.25 nitrogen (urea), %0.01-0.02-0.03-0.04 boron, as %0.01-0.02-0.03-0.04 zinc, %0.5-1-1.5-2 potassium, %0.5-1-1.5-2 calcium and a mixture of doses of each of these as four different doses The mixture of K+Zn+B+N+Ca was applied to the leaves in two different times as four different doses with the help of spray. As a result of the application, the fruits were collected at the time of my skin and kept at 0 ℃ for 3 days and weight losses were noted. Fruit width (mm), fruit length (mm), L* value, a* value, b* value, chroma, hue, SÇKM (%), pH, titratable acidity (%), total anthocyanin (mg/L) from the fruits of both time treatments Measurement and spectrophotometric analyzes such as color density, polymeric color, polymeric color ratio (%), general appearance, taste, and odor were performed. According to the results obtained, it was seen that other applications where the minimum weight loss value was obtained from the potassium application were not effective in the weight loss value. In addition, it was determined that %1.5 dose of potassium application increased fruit size and %2 doses increased L*, a*, b*, chroma, hue values. The amount of water-soluble dry matter of %1+0.02+0.02+0.15+1 and %2+0.04+0.04+0.25+2 doses of combined fertilizer application, %0.2 dose of nitrogen application. It was observed that the amount of titratable acidity increased. It was observed that the total amount of anthocyanins increased with the %1.5 dose of potassium application on day 0, and with the %1.5 dose of calcium application on the 3rd day after harvest. It has been determined that potassium application generally increases the taste, smell and general appearance scoring. As a result, considering that potassium application causes the least weight loss and its effectiveness on other analysis parameters including color, it is thought that it may have more positive aspects than other applications.
