Abstract (EN)

As a result of various activities of industrial establishments waste (textile dye and heavy metal) water discharge over time when given to the media ecosystem is out of balance. Therefore, this type of waste treatment is gaining importance day by day. In this study, honey samples collected from Kütahya, endospore-forming bacillus was isolated. Bacillus isolates were identified with the VITEK biochemical tests and it was found that when the B. megaterium. PHB granules of B. megaterium was determined by microscopic methods. Bacterium was extracted PHB granules. PHB granules, Basic Blue 41 dye and Cr6+ions from the aqueous solution was used as the adsorbent for removal. PHB granules and the blue dye of Cr6+ ions as adsorbents for batch process was used to demonstrate the availability. PHB using the Basic Blue 41 dye and Cr6+ ions from the aqueous solution biyosorbsiyo the yield on the optimum pH, the effluent concentration, the adsorbed amount, contact time, stirring speed, ambient temperature, as parameters was investigated. PHB with some blue paint for 41; 50 mL of 50 mg / L, stirring speed 250 rpm, 90 minutes, the temperature of 25°C, with 50 mg of adsorbent, operating at pH 9, the best removal gave 95.74%. Cr6+ ion in the adsorbent taken from the environment when used as a PHB; 50 mL of 10 mg / L of Cr6+, 200 to 300 rpm, 360 minutes, the temperature of 35°C, with 50 mg of adsorbent, operating at pH 2 69.06% removal of the highest were obtained when these conditions are met. In the light of these data, basic blue 41 and Cr6+ PHB granules can be used for the removal of heavy metals were observed. Especially in removal of the paint was found to be better absorbed.
