The main purpose of this study is to examine the professional satisfaction levels of coaches working in Batman Municipality. Relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as the basic method of the research. The ethics committee approval and official research permit required for the study to be carried out in accordance with ethical standards were obtained from Batman Municipality. While the population of the research consists of a total of 150 personnel working as coaches in Batman Municipality, the sample consists of 100 participants. "Professional Satisfaction Scale" and the Demographic Information Form prepared by the researcher were applied in face-to-face interviews with the participants. In the research, SPSS (22) program was preferred for data analysis. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to evaluate whether the distribution was normal, and kurtosis and skewness values were also taken into account. To evaluate the significance of the data obtained, a significance level of 0.05 was accepted as the criterion. According to the results of the research; No significant difference could be detected in the "Professional Satisfaction Scale" sub-dimensions of factors such as gender, marital status, age, education level, length of service and income level among the coaches working in Batman Municipality. However, "Does your profession affect your psychology?" Significant differences were determined in the question and it was observed that this significance was found in the Suitability for Qualifications sub-dimension and the Professional Satisfaction Scale. As a result, the main factor affecting the professional satisfaction of coaches is "Does your profession affect your psychology?" It has been observed that . In this context, it may be recommended to organize special support programs and training to understand and improve the psychological interactions of coaches. Additionally, based on similar research, it may be important for the municipal administration to develop strategies to increase the general job satisfaction of employees.
