Abstract (EN)
A group bronze the coins (28 in total) which were known to dated to the Artuqid period obtained through purchased by Batman Museum analyzed by using Energy Dispersive Portable X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (P-EDXRF). With the P-EDXRF analysis method, which is one of the nondestructive methods, the chemical composition of the coins were revealed, and information about which elements the works consisted of and the density of the elements in the work was obtained. And the element ratios were determined and the results were shared As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the main element contains an average of 97.24% copper, and trace element 0.926% lead, 0.462% iron, 0.347% silicon and 0.210% phosphorus. The Artuqids were influenced by the culture of many civilization stemming from their position and reflected this in their economic life. As it is that this influence reflected to the coins.
