The synthesis of some 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(p-nitrobenzoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds

SUMMARY The Synthesis of Some 3-Alkyl(Aryl)-4-(p-nitrobenzoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4- triazoI-5-one Compounds. In this study, the reactions of some 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4- triazol-5-ones with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride were investigated and 6 new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(p- nitrobenzoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized. In order to identify the new compounds synhesized in the study, combustion analyses and spectroscopic methods including IR, NMR and UV were used.
