Abstract (EN)

The aim of this thesis is to prepare amperometric uric acid sensors by using poly(3- aminophenol), polytyramine, poly(4-chlorophenol). For this reason, poly(3- aminophenol), polytyramine and poly(4-chlorophenol) films have been prepared at a constant potential by the electrochemical polymerization of 3-aminophenol, tyramine and 4-chlorophenol monomers. The permselectivity characteristics for uric acid of the prepared films have been investigated by DPV technique in the presence of ascorbic acid, oxalic acid, cysteine, dopamine, epinephrine, lactose, sucrose and urea. The film thickness of poly(3- aminophenol) and polytyramine electrode permselectivity to uric acid in the presence of ascorbic acid, oxalic acid, cysteine, lactose, sucrose and urea was determined and the parameters affecting sensor characteristics (monomer concentration, supporting electrolyte, polymerization potential) were optimized. Moreover, the stabilities of the sensors have also been tested and their advantages were emphasized
