Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of bipolar neutrosophic sets and refined neutrosophic sets. Also, new distance measure on bipolar neutrosophic sets was defined and decision making method for multi- criteria decision making problems was developed by this distance measure. Refined neutrosophic sets concepts were given. On the refined neutrosophic sets, hybrid- similarity distance measure, weight distance measure, weight haming distance measure weight Euclidean distance measurement and new distance measure are defined and the theorems about these concepts are proved. With these defined operators, decision making methods for multi-criteria decision making problems have been developed. In addition, some numerical examples are given.
