Synthesis and characterization of novel derivatives of some substitute pyrazole carboxylic acids

Abstract (EN)

In this study, novel substituted derivatives of pyrazole carboxylic acid synthesized by using initial compound of 4-(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,5-diphenyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (AS) and ethyl 1-(3-aminophenyl)-5-phenyl-3-(5-sulfamoyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylcarbamoyl)-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (AR).Firstly, compound of AS hydrolised. The acid clorides which is formed by the reaction of dicarboxylic acid (AS-1) derivative with thionyl chloride (SOCl2) reacted with various nucleophiles, and derivatives of ester and amides are synthesized.Monocarboxylic acid synthesized by decarboxilation of dicarboxylic acid AS-1. After dehydration of amide which is synthesised by reaction of AS-2 with amonnium hydroxide, nitrile derivative synthesized, and with the Friedel Crafts reaction substituted benzene derivative synthesized. Pyrazolo-pyridazine compounds are formed by cyclization of some of these resultant compounds with hydrazine.In the second part of the study, diazonium salt of AR compound is prepared and some of its various substitution and coupling derivatives produced via their reactions with KI, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, and some active aromatic compounds including ?OH groups.Structures of resultant compounds examined with IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass (MS) spectroscopy methods.Key Words: 1,3-dicarbonyl Compounds, Diazonium Salts, Pyrazoles, Pyrazole Carboxilic Acids.
