Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, cooperation with colleagues and school administration support in terms of some variables (gender, marital status, age groups, educational status, duration of work and class presence). The sample of the research is composed of 112 physical education teacher who is in Aksaray Province. The data collection tools of the research were as follows: "Personal Information Form", "Job Satisfaction Scale", "Colleague Relations Scale" and "School Administration Support Scale". The model of the research is the relational scanning model from quantitative research methods. The results of the study were analyzed with the SPSS 20 program. According to the results of the study, the relationship between job satisfaction, cooperation with colleagues and school administration support differ significantly compared to gender; the relationship between job satisfaction and cooperation with colleagues differ significantly compared to age groups; and the relationship between school administration support differs significantly. It was determined that the relationship between job satisfaction and school administration support differ significantly in terms of working time and class presence variables, whereas cooperation with colleagues did not differ significantly. It was determined that the relationship between job satisfaction, cooperation with colleagues and school administration support did not differ significantly according to the educational status variables.
