Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to compare the effect of the substances which are used in making concrete to gain concrete which has high compressive strength, by using SPSS or ANN (artificial neural nets). Information about ANN is given in the study firstly, and literature search is made about various fields applications of ANN. Prof. I-Chen Yeh from Chung-Hua University has conducted an experiment to measure how to change concrete compressive strength according to the used materials, by differently mixing cement, blast furnace slag, fly ash, water, superplasticizer, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. Compressive strength has been measured after waiting concrete 28 days in the experiment. The effects of 7 different substances on the concrete compressive strength and mathematical modelling are gained by using ANN and SPSS.
