Abstract (EN)
In this study, the usability of marble powder and perlite in rigid pavement construction was investigated. Within the scope of the research, different cures were applied to the fibrous and non-fibrous concretes produced with different type aggregates. It is aimed to obtain maximum compressive and bending strength with the cures. The highest bending and compressive strengths were obtained by combined curing. The compressive and bending strength of the fibrous concrete with marble aggregate was found to be 58.0 MPa and 5.4 MPa. The compressive and bending strength of the fibrous concrete with raw perlite aggregate was 74.1 MPa and 8.5 MPa. The compressive and bending strength of the fibrous concrete with expanded perlite aggregate was 29.7 MPa and 3.5 MPa. In addition, SEM, EDX, XRD analysis were performed on the produced concrete samples. In addition, SEM, EDX, XRD analysis were performed on the concrete samples produced. The pore of structure, aggregate-cement adherence and steel fiber-concrete adherence were observed in the concrete sample. Thus, the materials used with elemental analysis of concrete were evaluated.
