Factors that influence the investment decisions of individual investors

Individuals consume some of their earnings to meet their basic needs and save the rest. Savings are the rest of individual incomes. Individuals invest more with these savings in order to earn more and maximize their income. İndividuals are influenced by various factors in making their investment decisions. In this study, the factors that individual investors are affected while making their investment decisions will be discussed. The study consists of three parts. İn the first part, basic concept sch as ''İnvestment, İnvestor and İnvestment Tools'' are mentioned. The second part is the ''Factors Affecting the İnvestment Decisions of İndividual İnvestors'' and the environmental and mental factors that the investors will be affected during the decision- making and operation phase will be discussed. The third and last part is composed of the ''Surveys on the Factors Affecting the İnvestment Decisions of İndividual İnvestors''. The third part is the survey part. İn this section, which factors affect individual investors (especially economic and demographic elements) are searched by the survey method. İn this section, factors affecting the investment decisions of investors are tried to be measured.
