Abstract (EN)
In our thesis, the concepts of international peace and security are discussed in the context of Chapter VII of The United Nations Treaty. In this context, the thesis consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, to provide a basis for the thesis, the concepts of peace and security are examined in detail as part of theoretical approaches an are related with The United Nations Treaty. In the second chapter, ensuring international peace and security are touched on. In this context, emergence and transformation of peace operations, structure of The United Nations and authorization of The Security Council are discussed in detail. In conclusion, according to Chapter VII of The Treaty threats, breaches of peace, acts of aggressions are analyzed in the light of case stuides.
