Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted within the boundaries of Trabzon Regional Directorate of Forestry (Trabzon, Rize, Bayburt and Gümüşhane) and partly in Erzurum Regional Directorate of Forestry in order to provide data for the database of biological diversity and non-wood forest products (BİYOD) with the request of Trabzon Regional Directorate of Forestry. Field study locates in the Eastern part of the Karadeniz Region according to the list of Turkey's plants ( vascular plants) and Europe- Siberian and Iran-Turanian flora regions. In the study, 69 family including Pteridophyta and Spermatophyta sections, totaly 331 species and taxa belonging to 221 genus were determined. The systematic lists of 6 taxa belonging to Pteridophyta section, 7 taxa belonging to Gymnospermae subdivision of Spermatophyta section and 318 taxa that are located in the subdivision of Angiospermae section are presented. Phytogeographical region of 173 (% 52,27) taxa were determined in this study. From these taxa, 115 (% 34,74) related to Euro-Siberian, 45 (% 13,60) taxa belonging to Irano-Turanian and 13 (% 3,93) taxa of them are Mediterranean elements. Additionally, 1 (% 0,30) cosmopolitan, 2 (% 0,60) exotic plants were found at the field. 35 endemic and 7 rare taxa were identified and classified according to IUCN threat categories.
