Abstract (EN)

It is an important issue that the stages through which the products supplied by blockchain-based chain markets producing seafood in Adana pass are currently unknown, and this information needs to be known by the ultimate commercial consumers throughout the supply chain process. In the study, the convenience sampling method was adopted, and one of the six major chain market businesses located in Adana province was selected as the sample, with 179 commercial consumers of this chain market forming the sample of the study. The data obtained as a result of the research were provided to these commercial consumers through an online survey form. In this study, 179 valid data were collected, and the collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20.0 program. As a result of the analysis, the model regarding the perception of blockchain in five dimensions is valid and reliable, and the effects within the model were analyzed through regression. According to the results of hypothesis tests, the proposed H2 and H3 are not supported. It has been found that the other hypotheses put forward are supported.
