Abstract (EN)

This study, it was aimed to determine the effects of different DAP (Diammonium phosphate) doses (0, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 kg/da) on the yield and quality parameters of the Azkan cultivars in Bolu conditions. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with three replicates in the 2021 growing seasons in the Research and Implementation Area of the Department of Field Crops, Faculty of Agriculture, Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University. The experimental design consisted of a total of 18 parcels (6 doses x 3 replications), and observations and measurements of agronomic features and technological features were determined. Flowering period 48.33-50.33 days; physiological maturity 83.3-86.0 days; plant height 66.1-73.0 cm; number of main branches per plant is 3.2-3.5 units/plant; first pod height 36.1-42.4 cm; number of grains per pod 0.90-0.98 pieces/pod; 100 grain weight 38.0-40.7 g; grain yield 88.7-152.2 kg/da; dry weight 38.0-40.7 g; wet weight 85.3-88.0 g; water uptake index 0.011-0.015%; water absorption capacity 0.46-0.49 g/grain; dry volume 27.7-37.7 ml; wet volume 69.0-79.0 ml; swelling index 2.11-2.51%; the swelling capacity 0.40-0.42 ml/grain and the cooking time 28.0-40.3 minutes were found in the experiment. Correlation analysis revealed that there were positive and significant correlations between grain yield and first pod height (r=0.665**), plant height (r=0.775**), and the number of seeds per pod (r=0.769**). Biplot analysis showed that DAP fertilizer doses were positively correlated with yield, plant height, first pod height, seed number per pod, fresh weight, water uptake index, swelling index, and water uptake capacity.
