rst chapter of this thesis, some informings were done about references mentioned in literature related to this thesis.In the second chapter, the de
nitions of the concepts used in other chapters and some features about these concepts were given.In the third chapter, we presented some basic de
nition and results of a new kind of fuzzy group determined according to fuzzy binary operation.In the fourth chapter, it was mentioned about the basic de
nition and the features of a new kind of fuzzy ring de
ned by using a new kind of fuzzy group given in previous chapter.In the last chapter, we gave an example of fuzzy binary operation, a new kind of fuzzy group and a new kind of fuzzy ring. Also, we presented homomorphism theorems between two new kind fuzzy rings.
