Abstract (EN)

Today, the strength of a company is directly proportional to the extent to which it can use its knowledge and how its staff can manage its capabilities. In an intense competitive environment of our age, companies try to excel in their sectors with talented employees who add value to their processes. Bringing the knowledge level of the employees to the same level with effective talent management gives the enterprises a strategic competitive superiority. It is not enough for companies to attract talented individuals. Companies need to retain talented individuals and ensure their commitment to company culture. For this purpose, companies offer career opportunities, personal and professional development facilities to their employees. In addition, effective performance management and a fair remuneration policy are important factors that ensure employee loyalty. Having a fair remuneration system depends on effective performance measurement. This study was carried out to establish a model in the automotive sector that enables employees to receive remuneration and performance evaluation to the extent that they possess the skills that companies attach importance to. Fuzzy data envelopment analysis is a very convenient tool for comparing decision units in the same environment in a fuzzy environment. In this study, Lertworasirikul-Fang-Joines-Nuttle Fuzzy data envelopment analysis model was used to evaluate the performance of four employees. As a result of the study, the effectiveness scores of the personnel at different likelihood levels were calculated. Based on these scores, an effective performance evaluation was performed. According to the findings of the research it is concluded that a performance evaluation and remuneration system can be based on talent.
