This research was conducted to determine the seed plant diversity of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (Makü) İstiklal Campus. The research area is located within the C3 square according to Davis' Grid system. As a result of the evaluation of approximately 354 plant samples collected from the research area, 45 families, 138 genera belonging to these families and 183 taxa belonging to these genera were identified. The distributions of the taxa determined in the research area according to phytogeographic regions are; Iran-Turanian Element 16.39% (30 taxa), Mediterranean Element 20.77% (38 taxa), European-Siberian Element 2.19% (4 taxa). The rate of taxa that are widely distributed or whose phytogeographic region is not defined was determined as 60.66% (111 taxa).
